While ovulation bleeding may cause discomfort to a woman, it does not necessarily mean that the woman is not releasing an egg during her cycle. If women experience ovulation bleeding multiple times during their cycle and it persists for an extended period of time, it is recommended that they consult their doctor to determine if there is a medical or other problem.
