Holding urine and bleeding during ovulation

Ovulation bleeding from holding in urine refers to vaginal bleeding caused by changes in hormone levels in the body due to holding in urine for a long time during the ovulation period. This condition usually occurs between days 14 and 19 of a woman's cycle.

The cause of ovulation bleeding may be due to one of the following reasons:

1. Hormone changes: During the female cycle, the ovaries release a hormone called "kinin", which can increase blood vessel permeability, leading to blood vessel rupture and bleeding. As a result of holding in urine for a long time, the hormone levels in the body change, which increases the release of kinins, leading to ovulation bleeding during holding in urine.

2. Pressure: During the female cycle, blood vessels may rupture and bleed due to pressure and other factors.

Although ovulation bleeding is a common condition, it can also cause discomfort or pain for women. Therefore, if a woman often experiences bleeding during ovulation while holding in her urine, it is recommended to seek medical attention promptly to determine whether there are other problems.
