Use a calculator to measure ovulation

Measure basal body temperature

Basal body temperature refers to the body temperature measured when a woman wakes up every morning. A woman's basal body temperature often changes during the menstrual cycle, especially during ovulation. A woman's basal body temperature is usually about 0.5°C lower than normal body temperature, and it is even lower during ovulation. A woman's ovulation period can be predicted by recording changes in her body temperature.

Watch for symptoms

Women usually experience symptoms during ovulation, such as increased sexual desire, breast swelling, headaches, fatigue and nausea. These symptoms usually worsen when a woman reaches ovulation. You can predict a woman's ovulation by observing these symptoms.

Use other tools

In addition to measuring basal body temperature and observing symptoms, women can use other tools to predict when they will be ovulating. For example, women can use calendars or online tools to predict when a woman will ovulate. Women can also use a thermometer or ultrasound to predict their ovulation period.

Measuring basal body temperature is a common way to predict a woman's ovulation period. By observing symptoms and using other tools, women can more accurately predict when a woman will ovulate and have sex at that time to improve her chances of winning the lottery.
