Colds and ovulation bleeding

The cold is a common viral infection that usually causes fever, cough, sore throat, nasal congestion, runny nose and other symptoms. Although the cold is a mild disease, it can still cause great harm to the human body. Especially when I experience ovulation bleeding symptoms, it makes me very worried about my health.

Ovulatory bleeding refers to the day in the menstrual cycle when a woman's vagina releases some blood. This symptom usually doesn't have a big impact on my health, but it may bring some inconvenience to my life.

To ease my cold symptoms and avoid ovulation bleeding, I took a few steps. I drank some chicken soup, took some vitamin and mineral pills, and got plenty of rest. I also take care to avoid contact with other people to ensure my own health and safety.
