Is leucorrhea that looks like egg white a sign of ovulation?

A woman's menstrual cycle usually consists of one month. On about 14 days of each month, a woman's eggs mature and are excreted from the body. During this period, women's hormone levels will change, causing a series of symptoms in the body, such as increased sexual desire, breast swelling, headaches, etc. These changes are called "ovulation."

So, why does a woman’s leucorrhea take on an egg white-like shape? This is because during ovulation, a woman's vagina will produce a large number of white blood cells and lactobacilli. These bacteria will break down the vaginal secretions and produce this white, egg white-like secretion. This secretion is to protect the inside of the vagina from bacterial infection and also helps women with vaginal cleansing.

Although a woman's vaginal discharge may take on an egg white-like shape during ovulation, this does not mean that it is during ovulation. If women experience any unusual symptoms during their menstrual cycle, such as increased sexual desire, breast swelling, headaches, etc., it is recommended that they consult a doctor to ensure their health.
