Do men ovulate?

Scientists believe that men, like women, release sperm and eggs during ovulation. During a woman's ovulation period, a mature egg is released from the ovary and combines with sperm to form a fertilized egg. This process requires support from a woman's ovaries and uterus, so women usually ovulate a few days earlier than men.

However, men may excrete fewer sperm than women, and they may take longer to reach the female's reproductive organs. Therefore, it may take men longer to detect their ovulation.

Although men do not have the same ovulation period as women, men still need to pay attention to their own health and reproductive health to ensure that they can successfully conceive. If men want to get pregnant, they should maintain healthy eating and exercise habits and receive appropriate treatment to ensure their reproductive organs are healthy and strong.
