Body temperature rises slightly during ovulation

A woman's body temperature changes during the menstrual cycle are determined by hormone levels in the body. During ovulation, the ovaries secrete a large number of eggs, causing the body temperature to rise. This is because increased body temperature helps the body better absorb the egg and promotes fertilization of the egg in the fallopian tube.

However, there is a limit to how much body temperature can rise. Typically, a woman's body temperature rises by about 0.3 to 0.5 degrees Celsius. This small increase in amplitude is only a slight fluctuation and does not change a woman's reproductive ability.

Therefore, although a woman's body temperature will rise during ovulation, this rise is relatively small and will not lead to any adverse consequences. If you feel unwell or have any concerns, please consult your doctor.
