Will kissing during ovulation not lead to pregnancy?

Under normal circumstances, pregnancy requires two conditions to be met at the same time:

1. Women need to have a mature egg.

During ovulation, a woman's ovaries release mature eggs. If the man is able to fertilize this egg and the fertilized egg successfully implants into the woman's uterus, pregnancy is possible.

So while it's possible to get pregnant by kissing during ovulation, you can't get pregnant through kissing. However, if you do not want to get pregnant, it is still recommended to practice safe sex and use condoms or other safety measures.
