Budgeted ovulation period

First, we need to understand what ovulation is. Ovulation refers to the date when an egg is released from a woman’s body. During the ovulation period, women will release an egg every month, and this egg only has a 24-hour window. If fertilization occurs within this time window, pregnancy may result.

So, how to estimate the ovulation period? We can start from the following aspects:

1. Observe the cycle: We can observe a woman’s cycle and know the day of each month. Generally speaking, a woman's cycle is 28 days, but some women have longer or shorter cycles.

2. Record body temperature: When women wake up every morning, their body temperature will rise by 0.3-0.5 degrees Celsius. If the body temperature continues to rise and reaches or exceeds 37 degrees Celsius, it may be ovulation.

3. Observe symptoms: Women may experience these symptoms during ovulation, such as changes in appetite, increased energy, increased sexual desire, etc.
