How to calculate ovulation if period is not allowed

1. Observe your cycle: Many women can predict ovulation by observing their cycle. They can start observing on the 14th day after their period ends, because this is the day when eggs are released. If the cycle is 28 days, then this day is the 16th day.

2. Measure body temperature: Women can calculate their ovulation period by measuring their basal body temperature. Basal body temperature refers to the body temperature at which a woman's body temperature rises to approximately 37°C after waking up from sleep. During ovulation, body temperature rises to approximately 37.5°C, which is often responsible for increased appetite and sexual desire in women.

3. Use David test strips: David test strips are a tool for measuring the level of David hormone (HCG) in women. If your hormone levels peak within 7-10 days of your period, then this may be around the time of ovulation.

4. Observe appetite and sexual desire: Women’s appetite and sexual desire may increase during ovulation. They may feel hungrier and may become more interested in the opposite sex. These changes can be predicted by observing your own appetite and sexual desire.

None of the above methods are 100% accurate, so women should choose the calculation method that suits them based on their own circumstances. If women don't have their period, they should talk to their doctor to make sure their condition is being managed correctly.
