Is my headache due to ovulation?

Breast headaches usually occur in the middle of the menstrual cycle, around the time of ovulation. It can be caused by changes in hormonal levels, or it can be caused by other factors such as stress, tension, or allergies.

Although breast headaches may be a symptom of ovulation, not all women experience breast headaches. Some women may experience mild pain, while others may experience discomfort or increased pain.

If you feel a headache, it is recommended to observe it for a while to see if it continues or alleviates. If your headache persists or worsens, talk to your doctor to determine if there is another medical problem.
