Bleeding during ovulation after eating garlic

Recently, a friend consulted me and said that she ate a lot of garlic during ovulation bleeding and now feels very uncomfortable. I want to share my experience in the hope that it can help more people.

I once had a similar experience. During my college years, I experienced an ovulation bleed and bought a lot of garlic for flavor because I was worried about it. However, I found that my taste became very bad, and I developed nausea, vomiting and other symptoms. I tried to vomit, but nothing worked. I felt so uncomfortable that I even needed medical attention.

If you eat garlic during ovulation bleeding, you may feel sick. Garlic may affect your taste and texture, and may cause stomach upset. If you feel unwell, it is recommended to stop consuming garlic and seek medical advice.
