How to tell if you are not ovulating?

1. Observe the menstrual cycle

If the cycle is stable, it can be judged based on the menstrual cycle. Generally speaking, a woman’s menstrual cycle lasts about 28 days. In the middle of the cycle, from the 14th to the 23rd day, is the ovulation period. If your cycle is erratic, there are measurement tools you can use to predict ovulation.

2. Measure body temperature

Measuring body temperature is also one of the ways to determine if you are ovulating. Generally speaking, a woman's body temperature rises during the middle of her cycle, reaches its highest level, and then gradually decreases. You can determine whether you are ovulating by recording changes in body temperature.

3. Observe vaginal secretions

A woman's vaginal discharge also increases during the middle of her cycle. If the discharge becomes clear, stretchy, and has a slight odor, you may be ovulating.

4. Observe sexual desire

During ovulation, a woman’s sexual desire increases. If you've recently experienced an increase in sexual desire but haven't taken action yet, you may be ovulating.

The above are some ways to determine if you are not ovulating. However, these methods are not always accurate because a woman's menstrual cycle can be affected by many factors. If you are still confused, it is recommended to consult a doctor or a professional fertility consultant.
