Ovulation test paper for ovulation period

What is ovulation?

A woman's menstrual cycle usually lasts from 28 to 35 days. During a woman's cycle, an egg is released from the ovary and waits for fertilization within 7 to 10 days. Therefore, the ovulation period is from the 14th to the 19th day of a woman’s menstrual cycle.

How to use an ovulation test strip?

To use an ovulation test strip, follow these steps:

1. Buy test strips. Generic David's or Shower ovulation test strips can be purchased in supermarkets, pharmacies or online stores.

2. Open the test strip package. Hold the test strip in the palm of your hand, then open the package and read the instructions carefully.

3. Determine the measurement time. Using a clean ruler or pen, measure the top of the test strip until it is dry.

4. Measurement results. Place the test strip flat on the table and read the test results from bottom to top. If the test result is weakly positive (i.e. lighter than usual), you may be tested tomorrow or the day after tomorrow. If the test is positive (i.e. darker than usual), you may be tested tonight or tomorrow. If the test comes back negative (i.e. it's lighter than usual), you may be at the end of your cycle.
