Do we need to be together every day during ovulation?

For many couples, being together every day can be a burden. They may feel tired or worry about the negative physical effects of too much intimacy. Therefore, they may choose to be together at certain times and apart at other times. This is called a "planned date."

However, for some couples, being together every day may work better for them. If they share common interests or want to build a deeper relationship, being together every day may be easier to achieve. Additionally, for some people, they may feel too tired during this period and therefore choose to take breaks at certain times.

Whatever the case, for couples, planning a sex date doesn't mean they have to be together every day. Everyone has their own schedule and needs, so it's important to find a way that works for both people so that both people are satisfied. During this period, the most important thing is to keep communication open and enjoy each other's company.
