Is it safe to wear condoms during ovulation?

Let’s be clear: Condoms are an effective tool for preventing sexually transmitted diseases. They prevent the spread of bacteria, viruses and fungi, thereby reducing the risk of infection. Therefore, using condoms during sex is a safe option.

However, using condoms during ovulation may increase the risk of infection. This is because during ovulation, a woman's egg is about to be released, and condoms may prevent the egg from meeting the sperm. If a condom breaks or comes off, sperm can enter a woman's body and cause an infection.

However, this does not mean that condoms are unsafe to use during ovulation. In fact, many studies and statistics show that using condoms during ovulation reduces the risk of infection. This is because during ovulation, a woman's immune system may be more sensitive and she may be more susceptible to disease. Therefore, if sex is done during ovulation and condoms are used, the risk of infection may be reduced.
