How to calculate ovulation?

First, we need to understand a woman’s menstrual cycle. Generally speaking, a woman's menstrual cycle lasts 28 days, but some women have periods that fluctuate to 30 or 32 days. During the menstrual cycle, a woman's egg is released from the ovary once and then waits 7-10 days before it is released again. Therefore, only the 14th day of a woman’s menstrual cycle is the ovulation period.

So, how to calculate a woman’s ovulation period? We can use the following formula:

Female ovulation = day 14 of menstrual cycle

For example, if a woman has a 30-day menstrual cycle, day 14 of their cycle would be January 18th. According to the above formula, a woman’s ovulation period is from January 18th to January 25th.

In addition to using formula calculations, there are some other ways to predict a woman's ovulation period. For example, women can predict ovulation by measuring their body temperature.
