Ovulation and leucorrhea

During ovulation, a woman's vaginal discharge will increase and become clear and similar to white nasal discharge. This discharge is called leucorrhea. It helps women monitor their menstrual cycle and determine whether they are ovulating.

During ovulation, a woman's breasts also undergo some changes. You may feel some swelling and pain in your chest, which is caused by hormonal changes. These changes usually occur a few days before and after ovulation and may last for a few hours or days.

While these changes don't happen to everyone, they are very important for many women. By monitoring their menstrual cycles and observing changes in their breasts, women can better understand their bodies and determine when is the best time to get pregnant.
