What is the ovulation period for women?

During a woman's menstrual cycle, the process of eggs being released from the ovaries is called the menstrual cycle. Later in the menstrual cycle, there are more eggs in the ovaries waiting to be fertilized. Under normal circumstances, two eggs are released from the ovary during a woman's menstrual cycle, one on the 14th day and the other on the 28th day of the menstrual cycle.

Female ovulation is the date when eggs are released from the ovaries. During this period, a woman’s eggs mature and await fertilization. Ovulation usually occurs between the 14th and 20th days of a woman's menstrual cycle.

Symptoms of ovulation in women may vary from person to person. Some women may experience fatigue, headaches, breast swelling, and abdominal discomfort. Other women may experience arousal, increased sexual desire, and mood swings.
