Ovulation and corpus luteum

The ovulation period refers to the 14 days of each month for women. During this time, a woman's eggs are released from the ovaries and enter the fallopian tubes. This is one of the most important times of the month for women as it is crucial for women’s reproductive health. During this time, a woman's menstrual cycle becomes regular and a woman's sexual desire increases.

The luteal phase refers to the 14 days after a woman's monthly period until the start of her next menstrual cycle. During the luteal phase, a woman's egg waits in the fallopian tube for fertilization and development into a fetus. This is the last period of a woman’s cycle every month, and it’s also the time when a woman’s body recovers and prepares for the next new cycle.

Both the ovulation period and the luteal phase are important periods for women’s health. If women ignore these periods, it may lead to a series of problems such as irregular menstrual cycles, insomnia, headaches, mood swings, etc. Therefore, women should understand the importance of these periods and take appropriate measures to protect their bodies.
