Breast pain during ovulation

Breast pressure pain can occur for many reasons, including:

1. Ovulation period: During ovulation, a woman’s body hormone levels will change, causing edema and tension in the tissue around the breasts, causing pain.

2. Breast development: In some women, breast development may cause breast pain. Breast development usually begins during puberty but can occur at any time.

3. Breast cancer: Although breast tenderness is not a typical symptom of breast cancer, some women may experience breast pain when they have breast cancer.

Some women may feel uncomfortable or frightened by breast pressure pain. However, most women experience no significant discomfort from breast pressure pain, and the pain usually lessens or goes away over time.

For women experiencing breast pain, the following measures are recommended:

1. Observation: If breast pressing pain occurs around ovulation and is not accompanied by other symptoms, it may be normal.

2. Take note: If breast pressing pain lasts for a long time or is accompanied by other symptoms, such as redness, swelling or warmth, then it is recommended to consult a doctor.

3. Relax: During breast compression pain, it is recommended to stay relaxed and avoid excessive anxiety and stress.

4. Diet: During breast pressure pain, it is recommended to avoid eating foods that are too greasy or irritating, such as coffee and alcohol.

Breast pressure pain is not a typical symptom of breast cancer, but some women may find it uncomfortable or scary. If you feel breast pain, it is recommended to observe and record, and consult a doctor for better advice.
