Parallel bars indicate ovulation

In order to understand how to accurately predict ovulation, people often use parallel bars (also known as "double-hole bars" or "angel bars") to measure body temperature. Parallel bars are composed of a thermometer and two bars, which can measure oral or anal body temperature.

The method of measuring body temperature is very simple. Just place the thermometer under your tongue and wait a few seconds for the alcohol in the thermometer to evaporate and allow the thermometer to display a number. Usually, a woman's body temperature will rise by 0.3 to 0.5 degrees Celsius during ovulation, which is the normal range of body temperature changes.

By measuring the parallel bars, women can accurately predict their ovulation period and take appropriate measures to improve their fertility. For example, women can increase the number of intercourses during ovulation to improve sperm quantity and quality.
