Is menstruation the time of ovulation?

We know that a woman’s menstrual cycle is determined by many factors, including genetics, hormones and lifestyle. However, during menstruation, a woman's hormone levels change, causing them to no longer be in the best condition to get pregnant.

Ovulation, on the other hand, is the period when a woman’s eggs mature and are released. At this time, women usually feel a slight sense of hunger and may feel their body temperature rise.

Therefore, according to scientific research, menstruation is not the period of ovulation. Although in some cases, such as women with irregular menstrual cycles, ovulation may differ, for the most part, it is safe to have both menstruation and ovulation.

If you're considering getting pregnant, make sure you have sex between your period and your ovulation period. In the meantime, please pay attention to personal hygiene and avoid infection to ensure health and happiness.
