Ovulation chart

In order to know when we are ovulating, we can use an ovulation chart. The ovulation chart usually consists of two charts, one is the basal body temperature chart and the other is the calendar chart. The basal body temperature chart shows a woman's basal body temperature when she wakes up every morning and can be used to determine when a woman is ovulating. The calendar records the dates of a woman's menstrual cycle, which can help women determine the best time to have children.

The basal body temperature chart shows that a woman's body temperature will rise by 0.5 to 1 degree Celsius during ovulation. This phenomenon is called a rise in body temperature, and it indicates that a woman's eggs are maturing. If a woman has intercourse during her ovulation period, her eggs may become fertilized and develop into a fetus.

The calendar records the dates of a woman's menstrual cycle, which can help women determine the best time to have children. Generally speaking, women ovulate on the 13th to 19th day of the menstrual cycle, but the specific time will vary depending on individual differences.
