Stomach pain during ovulation

For many women, abdominal distension and pain during ovulation is a common symptom. Although this pain is not very severe, it may still have a certain impact on a woman's daily life. For example, some women may feel uncomfortable, unable to perform normal activities, or require medication to relieve pain.

So, why do I experience stomach bloating and pain during ovulation? This is because during a woman’s menstrual cycle, her ovaries release a mature egg. When eggs are released from the ovaries, a woman's body produces hormones that cause abdominal muscles to contract, causing bloating and pain. Additionally, as the abdominal muscles contract, a woman's uterus also contracts, which can cause pain.

Although bloating and bloating during ovulation is a common symptom, it is not something that all women experience. Some women may experience bloating and pain at other times during their menstrual cycle, while others may not experience it at all. Additionally, some people may avoid experiencing ovulation bloating for health reasons.
