Day Three of Ovulation: The First Step of Pregnancy

Ovulation refers to the time when a woman's eggs are released from the ovaries to the fallopian tubes, usually between 5 pm every day and 5 am the next morning. During this time frame, a woman will release an egg every month, and if the egg and sperm combine, pregnancy will occur.

Therefore, the third day of ovulation is the first step to pregnancy. On this day, a woman's ovary releases an egg, and if the egg and sperm combine, it travels into the fallopian tube. In the fallopian tube, the egg is aspirated and transported to the uterus to await fertilization.

If a woman releases an egg on the third day of ovulation and the sperm successfully enters the fallopian tube, they will combine in the fallopian tube to form a fertilized egg. The fertilized egg will begin to implant in the uterus and begin to develop into a fetus.
