Uterine pain during ovulation

There can be many causes of uterine soreness, but the most common cause is uterine contractions. During ovulation, the eggs in the ovaries begin to mature and prepare for release, and the uterus begins to contract to help push the eggs toward the fallopian tubes. This contraction causes uterine muscle pain that may last for several days.

In addition to uterine contractions, other possible causes of uterine soreness include inflammation, infection, or overuse of safety measures. For example, overuse of safety measures may cause the uterine muscles to contract excessively, causing pain. In addition, some pathogens, such as bacteria or viruses, may also infect the uterus and cause pain.

If women experience uterine soreness during ovulation, they are advised to rest, avoid overexertion, and consult a doctor for further advice and treatment. Your doctor may recommend an ultrasound or other related tests to determine the cause of the pain and develop an appropriate treatment plan.
