What is menstrual ovulation?

Ovulation refers to the day of a woman's menstrual cycle. Generally speaking, menstrual ovulation occurs on the 14th day of a woman's menstrual cycle. This day is also called the "fertile period." During the ovulation period, a woman's eggs begin to be released from the ovaries and travel through the fallopian tubes into the uterus, where they are ready to combine with sperm to form a fertilized egg.

Menstrual ovulation is calculated by measuring a woman's body temperature. Generally speaking, before menstruation and ovulation, a woman's body temperature will rise slightly, which is caused by changes in hormonal levels in the body. After ovulation, a woman's body temperature drops slightly again as the egg waits for fertilization.

Although the calculation method of menstrual ovulation is simple, a woman's physical condition may affect the accuracy of its prediction. Therefore, women should determine their menstrual ovulation period based on their menstrual cycle and physical condition, combined with their own calculation methods.
