Is it ovulation if there is no leucorrhea?

In fact, the absence of vaginal discharge does not necessarily mean that a woman has missed ovulation. Vaginal secretions are fluids produced by vaginal flora and include proteins, amino acids, sugars, and salts. During the menstrual cycle, the vaginal flora changes, causing vaginal discharge to decrease or disappear.

If women don't have any vaginal discharge during their menstrual cycle, it doesn't mean they missed ovulation. In fact, around the 14th day of the menstrual cycle, a woman’s ovaries begin to secrete eggs. Egg cells will survive in the ovary for about 4-5 days, and then enter the uterus through the fallopian tube to prepare for the arrival of the fetus.

Therefore, even without vaginal discharge, a woman may enter ovulation around day 14 of her menstrual cycle. However, for some women, they may experience less vaginal discharge during their menstrual cycle, which does not mean they missed ovulation. If women do not experience any vaginal discharge during their menstrual cycle, it is recommended that they consult their doctor to determine if any tests or treatments are needed.
