Ovulation symptoms

1. Increase in body temperature: A woman’s body temperature will increase during ovulation, usually as an increase in basal body temperature (BBT) of 0.3-0.5 degrees Celsius. This is because during ovulation, hormonal changes in women's bodies make the temperature regulation center unstable, causing the body temperature to rise.

2. Appetite changes: During ovulation, women may have an increased appetite, feel tired, and may feel more inclined to consume caffeinated drinks.

3. Increased libido: During ovulation, a woman may have an increased libido and may feel more sensitive and aroused.

4. Increased vaginal discharge: During ovulation, a woman’s vaginal discharge may increase, become moister, and may feel softer and more comfortable.

5. Changes in visual field: Some women may experience changes in visual field during ovulation, which may appear as darkening or bright spots. This phenomenon is commonly referred to as "yolk sac rupture."

6. Mental changes: During ovulation, women may experience greater mood swings and may feel anxious or nervous.

Not all women experience these symptoms, and they may be related to other factors, such as illness or medication use. So if you suspect you may be suffering from ovulation symptoms, talk to your doctor for confirmation.
