Symptoms of ovulation

Increase in body temperature: During ovulation, a woman's body temperature will increase by 0.5 to 1 degree. This increase in body temperature is usually continuous rather than short-term. This indicates that the body is preparing to enter a reproductive state.

Appetite changes: During ovulation, women may experience changes in their appetite. They may experience nausea, vomiting, or cravings for certain foods. This is because the body is preparing for pregnancy and needs more nutrients.

Symptoms: In addition to changes in body temperature and appetite, women may also experience other symptoms during ovulation, such as headaches, dizziness, fatigue, breast pain, and increased sexual desire. These symptoms usually appear within a few days of ovulation but may last for several days.
