Bleeding during ovulation half a month ago

My symptoms started two weeks ago. On that day, I had a small bleeding episode that lasted for about a week. After that, the amount of bleeding gradually decreased, but it continued for half a month. I was worried that I might have some kind of disease, so I kept looking for answers.

During this time, I paid attention to the following points:

1. My diet has changed and I try to avoid spicy, greasy and irritating foods to avoid aggravating the symptoms.

2. My activity level has also been reduced. I try to rest at home and avoid running around and strenuous exercise.

3. I had regular blood tests and ultrasounds and followed my doctor’s advice to make sure I was in good health.

However, these measures did not make my symptoms less severe, but intensified my worries. I started searching for information, trying to find answers. Finally, I consulted a doctor and he told me that this kind of bleeding may be ovulation bleeding, which is a common physiological phenomenon and not something to worry about. He suggested that I watch the amount of bleeding and start taking a medication the first day after the bleeding ends to help stop the bleeding and prevent futuresplash.

Although I felt reassured by this answer, I still felt confused and uneasy. I would like to know what I need to do if my bleeding continues for too long. Do I need to consult my doctor again or seek additional medical advice? I will continue to monitor my symptoms and seek medical help if necessary.
