Gurgling gas during ovulation

The feeling of gurgling air is similar to the pressure in the chest when breathing, but more intense. The sound is usually more noticeable in the morning when you wake up and may become less pronounced in the afternoon or evening.

Gas excretion is a normal physiological phenomenon during ovulation, because the egg is waiting for fertilization in the fallopian tube, and as the egg is discharged, our body will produce some gas, which will form bubbles in the air. These bubbles will be expelled from the body with our breathing, making us feel like "gas is coming out".

The feeling of gas escaping does not cause any problems to the body, but is a normal physiological reaction. However, if you feel too uncomfortable or if the gurgling sounds are too frequent or strong, you may want to talk to your doctor to rule out any underlying health issues.
