Ovulation is gone

Ovulation refers to the time when a woman's eggs are released from the ovaries to the fallopian tubes. This period is usually 24-36 hours. However, due to factors such as diet, medications, illness and stress, women's egg lifespan may be shortened, leaving them unable to accurately predict when the best time to conceive will be.

Some women may take their temperature to predict ovulation. However, this method isn't always accurate, as a woman's body temperature can be affected by a variety of factors, such as diet, exercise and hormonal levels.

Some women may be able to predict ovulation by observing their symptoms. For example, they may experience fatigue, breast pain, headaches, changes in appetite, etc. However, these symptoms are not always accurate as they can also be caused by other factors.
