Will the temperature rise after ovulation?

During a woman's menstrual cycle, body temperature undergoes cyclic changes. Generally speaking, a woman's body temperature is lower during the first half of the menstrual cycle and increases during the second half. During ovulation, a woman's body temperature reaches its highest value and then begins to drop. This change in body temperature is called hyperthermia, or rise in body temperature.

While some women may experience an increase in body temperature after ovulation, this is not universal. In fact, most women's body temperature does not change to the point of increasing. Additionally, many women may experience fatigue or discomfort after ovulation, which may affect their body temperature changes.

So while temperatures may increase after ovulation, not all women experience this. If you are confused or unsure, seek advice from your doctor or professional nutritionist.
