Menstruation on the second day of the lunar month marked the beginning of a new stage in my life. Before this, I had never experienced menstruation and had no idea what it meant. But, over time, I came to understand my body and the importance of my period.

I know this process doesn't always go as smoothly as I'd like. Sometimes, I may experience some discomfort, such as abdominal pain, vaginal bleeding, etc. However, I also know this is normal because I've been through a lot of similar things.

Additionally, I know that the menstrual cycle is very important to a woman’s physical health. It can help women regulate their body's hormone levels and ensure good health. At the same time, it can also help women predict future menstrual cycles to better manage their health.

I know that adolescence is a time of great challenge and uncertainty. I will experience a lot of discomfort and challenges along the way, but I also know that I need to be strong enough to handle them. I believe that as long as I maintain a healthy lifestyle such as exercising regularly, eating and sleeping well, I can get through this period.
