Dieting and ovulation bleeding

Ovulation bleeding means that during the ovulation period, the levels of estrogen and progesterone in a woman's body decrease, causing the endometrium to shed, causing breakthrough bleeding. This phenomenon often occurs after dieting or reducing the amount of food you eat, as the body requires limited nutrients to support weight loss.

Dieting can have negative effects on physical health. Long-term dieting may lead to malnutrition, affect immune system and metabolic function, and increase the risk of chronic diseases. In addition, dieting may lead to hunger and malnutrition, affecting physical and mental health.

However, dieting may also bring some benefits. In some cases, such as in the early stages of weight loss, dieting may help with rapid weight loss. Additionally, dieting may result in the body taking in adequate nutrients, increasing muscle mass and metabolic rate.
