Ovulation Day 8: How to Monitor Pregnancy

1. Measure basal body temperature: Basal body temperature refers to the change in body temperature between waking up and measuring body temperature. During ovulation, body temperature usually rises by 0.5 to 1 degree, so measure your basal body temperature and record it in your diary.

2. Use a pregnancy test: A pregnancy test is an easy way to detect pregnancy. During ovulation, the pregnancy test may show two lines, indicating pregnancy.

3. Get a blood test: A blood test is a more accurate way to detect pregnancy. On the 8th day of the ovulation period, you should go to a pharmacy or hospital for a blood test.

4. Watch for symptoms: During ovulation, you may experience symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, fatigue, and breast discomfort. These symptoms may also mean that you are pregnant.

5. Observe sexual behavior: Sexual behavior is also one of the ways to monitor pregnancy. If you have unprotected sex during ovulation, your chances of getting pregnant are higher.

These methods allow us to monitor the progress of the pregnancy and decide if further steps are needed. If you have any questions, please consult your doctor.
