Ovulation is delayed by 4 days

Generally speaking, a woman's ovulation period is about 14 days before her next menstrual period. However, a woman's ovulation may occur earlier or later due to various reasons, such as emotional stress, illness, or dietary changes. I was on some medications a few months ago that may have caused my ovulation to come earlier, but I recently stopped taking them, so my ovulation may also be fluctuating.

I'm worried that my delayed ovulation may cause me to miss my chance of getting pregnant. Because I don't have any specific health symptoms, I'm not sure if this will affect my fertility. Therefore, I decided to consult a doctor for professional advice.

I hope my worries are not unnecessary, because I also hope that I can get pregnant smoothly. If you have any other questions about ovulation or need more advice and help, please feel free to contact me.
