Calculate ovulation

To calculate ovulation, women need to know their menstrual cycle. Most women have a 28-day menstrual cycle, but some women have a 30- or 32-day menstrual cycle. Understanding the menstrual cycle can help women calculate their risk periods, known as ovulation.

The risk period refers to the time in a woman's menstrual cycle when eggs are released from the ovaries. During this period, a woman has the largest number of eggs. If they meet sperm during this period, it is possible to complete the process of fertilization and formation of an embryo. Therefore, dangerous periods are a good time to plan a pregnancy.

To calculate the risk period, women need to know the number of days in their menstrual cycle and calculate the first day of their next period. Starting from the first day of the next menstruation, the countdown to 14 days is the dangerous period. For example, if the first day of a woman's next menstrual period is February 18th, then the risk period is February 5th to February 23rd.
