How to calculate a woman’s ovulation period

There are usually two methods for calculating a woman's ovulation period: the calendar method and the temperature measurement method. The calendar method determines a woman's ovulation period by calculating her birth date and cycle each day. Thermometry is a method of determining a woman's ovulation period by measuring her basal body temperature.

The calculation process of the calendar method is as follows:

1. Calculate a woman's basal body temperature: A woman's daily basal body temperature (i.e., the body temperature measured when she wakes up in the morning) usually changes throughout the day. A woman's safe period can be determined by recording her basal body temperature and calculating her cycle.

2. Determine a woman's danger period: During a woman's danger period (i.e., days 14 to 19 of her menstrual cycle), her ovulation period usually arrives. During this time, a woman may feel more sensitive and have increased sexual desire.

3. Determine a woman’s safe period: Outside of a woman’s dangerous period, her safe period usually comes. During this time, a woman may not experience increased sensitivity and sexual desire.

The calculation process of the body temperature measurement method is as follows:

1. Measure a woman’s basal body temperature: A woman’s daily basal body temperature usually changes throughout the day. A woman's cycle can be determined by recording her basal body temperature and taking her thermometer.

In short, there are many ways to calculate a woman's ovulation period, but no matter which method is used, it needs to be recorded and calculated carefully. If a woman wants to have children, it is recommended that she have sexual intercourse during the risk period to ensure her reproductive health and birth plan.
