How to cause ovulation

Generally speaking, a woman's menstrual cycle is about 28 days, but everyone's cycle is different. On the 14th day after the start of the cycle, a woman releases her first egg. If a woman's cycle is 28 days, her ovulation period should be between day 16 and day 22 after the start of the cycle.

To determine when you are ovulating, women can watch their menstrual cycle. If the cycle is 28 days, then you can calculate how many days there are from the first day of the cycle to the first day of the next cycle. Then, subtract 14 days from this period to get the woman's ovulation period.

During this period, a woman's eggs may mature and be released. If you want to get pregnant, women should try to have intercourse during this period if possible. If a woman's menstrual cycle is not 28 days, her ovulation period may be different, but she can determine by observing her cycle.
