How many days does ovulation usually last?

Generally speaking, in a woman’s menstrual cycle, ovulation occurs 14 days before the next menstrual period. However, this is only a rough schedule because everyone's physical condition is different, so the menstrual cycle and ovulation period may also be different.

If a woman has a 28-day menstrual cycle, her ovulation usually occurs within a 14-day cycle, 14 days before her next period. Additionally, if a woman has a 30-day menstrual cycle, her ovulation period usually occurs during a 13-day cycle, and so on.

Please note that this is only an approximate timetable and the actual time may be affected by many factors such as mood, diet and health status, etc.
