Ovulation period after menstrual period

Ovulation is the process by which eggs are released from a woman’s ovaries. During this period, a woman's ovaries release a large number of eggs, and these eggs wait for fertilization within 24 hours.

After a woman's menstrual period ends, the date of ovulation usually begins at the beginning of the next month. During this period, a woman's body temperature will rise and her appetite will increase. This period is also when women are more likely to become pregnant.

However, women’s menstrual cycles are not fixed and vary from person to person. Therefore, if a woman wants to become pregnant, it is best to plan in advance and carry out reasonable diet and exercise during this period to make the eggs more mature and easier to be fertilized.
