Ovulation test time

Now, researchers have come up with several ways to test for ovulation. One of the most common methods is to use body temperature testing. Every morning when you wake up, take your temperature and record it. If your body temperature is above the normal range (usually 36.6 degrees Celsius), then this may mean you are ovulating.

Another testing method is to use basal body temperature testing. This method is to measure and record your body temperature when you wake up every morning. If your body temperature rises by 0.5 to 1 degree, it may mean you are ovulating.

There are also other tests, such as looking at cervical mucus and measuring vaginal secretions. Cervical mucus is usually clear and may be colored. Vaginal secretions may also increase and you may feel wet.
