How do you know if you are ovulating or not?

1. Measure basal body temperature: Women measure their body temperature when they wake up every morning to record changes in body temperature. If the body temperature starts to rise in the first 14 days of this month and rises by more than 0.5 degrees Celsius every day, it is possible that an egg will be ovulated on a certain day of this month.

2. Observe the cervix: A woman’s cervix changes during her menstrual cycle. If the cervix becomes loose, it is possible to release an egg on the same day.

3. Observe vaginal bleeding: Women may experience vaginal bleeding at a certain period during the menstrual cycle. If the amount of bleeding is larger than usual and lasts for a long time, it is possible that the egg will be released on the same day.
