Is the body alkaline during ovulation?

Normally, a woman’s vagina is acidic because it contains microorganisms such as Lactobacilli, which help maintain an acidic environment in the vagina. However, during ovulation, women's vaginal secretions will increase, which contain alkaline substances, which may lead to changes in the acidic environment of the vagina. As a result, some people may feel their bodies are alkaline, especially in the days leading up to and after ovulation.

However, this alkaline feeling is not necessarily true. In fact, a woman’s vaginal acidic environment is determined by a variety of complex factors, including genetics, hormonal levels, and lifestyle. Therefore, it is impossible to judge whether a woman's vagina is in an alkaline state simply by personal feelings.

Although we cannot judge whether a woman's vagina is in an alkaline state through personal feelings, this does not mean that a woman's body must be alkaline during ovulation. In fact, a woman’s physical condition during ovulation is not directly related to the acidic environment of the vagina. Women's physical condition during ovulation mainly depends on their diet, exercise and lifestyle.
