Got a cold after ovulation

I usually get a mild headache and sore throat a few days after ovulation, but it's nothing serious. In recent months, however, I began experiencing more frequent and severe symptoms, including nasal congestion, coughing, sore throat, headaches, and fatigue. Sometimes I also have fever and chills.

I consulted my doctor and he told me that my symptoms were probably a common cold. He advised me to get plenty of rest and fluids, and to try some symptom-relieving medication. He told me that some common drugs include antipyretics, analgesics and cough medicine, but suggested that I use some traditional Chinese medicine, such as Ganmaoling Granules and Sangju Ganmao Granules.

I know that the common cold is a common illness, but I also realize that my symptoms have seriously affected my life. So I decided to take some precautions to lessen my symptoms and reduce the incidence of colds.

I recommend that everyone maintain good living habits, including adequate sleep, a balanced diet and moderate exercise. In addition, maintaining adequate rest and drinking water are also important measures to prevent colds.

If you have cold symptoms, I recommend that you seek medical treatment in time to receive professional treatment and care. At the same time, I also recommend that everyone share symptoms and treatment experiences with each other so that we can better take care of each other.

I caught a cold after ovulation. While this may sound strange, it can be caused by a variety of factors, including reduced immunity, environmental pollution, and climate change. Therefore, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and taking some preventive measures can help us better deal with the occurrence of colds and other illnesses.
