Bloating on left side during ovulation

Bloating on the left side is usually caused by the egg released by the ovary combining with the sperm in the fallopian tube during ovulation to form a fertilized egg. However, during this process, the egg and sperm meet and form a fertilized egg, which requires a lot of oxygen and nutrients. Therefore, when a fertilized egg is formed, the ovary begins to release large amounts of gas, causing bloating on the left side.

Symptoms of left-sided bloating may include abdominal bloating, pain, and discomfort. These symptoms may appear on the left side of ovulation, but may occur at other times. If you suspect that you have symptoms of left bloating, it is recommended to consult a doctor as soon as possible.

Although left-sided bloating can cause discomfort and pain for women, it usually doesn't cause much of a health impact. If symptoms are severe, your doctor may recommend measures to relieve symptoms, such as dietary changes, exercise, and rest.
