How to use test strips to test ovulation period

The principle of testing ovulation test strips is to predict a woman’s menstrual cycle by detecting female hormone levels in urine. During the test, the woman's urine is collected and added to a kit in the test stick. When the reagent in the kit mixes with urine, it releases a color that will appear on the test stick if the woman has released an egg during the test.

The steps for testing ovulation test strips are as follows:

1. Collect urine: Before testing, make sure to collect urine into a disposable cup or disposable urine cup, and try to use morning urine.

2. Add the test stick kit: Pour the reagents in the test stick kit into the urine and wait for the reagents in the kit to mix with the urine.

3. Observe the color of the test stick: When the reagent is mixed with urine, observe the color of the test stick. If the test stick shows a color that matches your menstrual cycle, the woman may have released an egg during the test.

4. Result judgment: If the color of the test stick shows a color consistent with the menstrual cycle, it means that the woman may have released eggs during the test. If the color of the test stick shows a different color, it means that the woman has not released an egg and needs to wait for a while before testing again.

Although ovulation test strips are a simple and effective way to predict a woman's menstrual cycle and test whether she is ovulating, it is not 100% accurate. Therefore, if a woman does not release eggs during the test, please do not worry too much and wait patiently until the woman experiences the release of eggs again.
